Program Description
The sustainable business minor explores the intersection of business and environmental sustainability. Environmental sustainability refers to the responsible management and conservation of natural resources and ecosystems to ensure that they remain healthy for future generations. Students will consider the human impact on biodiversity, our water and energy use, and our carbon footprint in the context of running a business. Students will learn strategies for incorporating environmental sustainability into business practices, and learn how to navigate the complexities of environmental management and ethical decision-making.
